1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), business details (restaurant name, locations, menus), and operational data generated by using the service (orders, transactions, inventory movements).

2. How we use it

To operate the service, process payments through our payment partners, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Your customers' data

Customer records you keep in the CRM are processed on your behalf. Marketing messages require your customers' consent, and opt-outs are honored automatically.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Support access to your account requires a PIN you generate, and every support session is logged and visible to you.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete personal data in line with the NDPR and equivalent regulations in your market. Requests: [email protected].
