1. The service

tavo provides software for running food businesses: order management, menus, inventory, payments, and related tools. These terms govern your access to and use of that software.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials confidential. Team members you invite act under your account; their access is scoped by the roles you assign.

3. Fees and payments

Subscription fees, transaction fees, and settlement terms are shown in your wallet and billing pages before you incur them. Fee schedules are versioned; changes take effect from the date communicated to you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other merchants at risk.

5. Data

Your business data remains yours. Our use of personal data is described in the privacy policy. You can export your data at any time from the relevant module.
